Bandaraya KK's Harvest Festival 2010.

My cousin, Debra Fiona Alexius working in KK City just after her finish her SPM. Then all of the sudden she informed us that she will took part in this year Unduk Ngadau DBKK. We have nothing to say but support her dream to become a KK Beauty Queen. This is quite a challenging for her as we know that KK requirement is very high when it comes to a competition like this and you also need to invest some money on it like Gala Dress, New Wardrobe and Make-Up. 

I accompany her for the audition round. and i must say there is a LOT of KK-girls were also came and try their luck. But only 25 contestant will be selected to the Gala Night. Not to mention, crossover and returnee candidate also went for an audition. There are Lyora Kok (Unduk Ngadau Kota Belud 2008 and 3rd Runner Up State Level), Jeslinder Kaur (Unduk Ngadau Klang Valley 2007 and 6th Runner Up State Level) also May Lesteline Matius (Unduk Ngadau Putatan 2009 and TOP15 State Level). So, long story short, Debra make it into the TOP25

She was managed by her mother and Aunty Rok (one of the popular MUA in Tuaran). Our aunty designed her Gala Night Gown. Frankly speaking, we were not put high hope on her since there were so many stunners in that competition but Thanks to God again, she was selected to be the TOP15 Finalist.

On Final Day, We staying at Aunty Rok's house at 2PM and went to Lintasan Deasoka at 6PM. Debra wearing newly-design-lotud-costume by my Aunty Nanak. She got alot of attention because of her costume because it has light pink, silver and gold beads and labucy on that costume.

During the end of the event, Debra won 3rd Place behind Humindonun and Lydia John Alai. She will representing Likas in the State Level Competition at Hongkod Kooisaan end of this month. Jeslinder Kaur claimed the 6th Place and Lyora Kok won 5th Place.
